How to Invite Team Members

Invites add someone to your workspace with a role. Invitations can expire, so if a link stops working, you may need to create a new invite.

Send an invite

1. Open Sidebar → Members (/workspaces/:id/members).
2. Choose Invite and enter the person's email.
3. Select the role they should receive (owner/admin/editor/viewer or your custom role).
4. Send the invite.

Accept an invite

1. Open the invite link you received (it includes a token).
2. Follow the accept flow and sign in if prompted.
3. You'll be added as a workspace member when the invite is accepted.

Troubleshooting

Invite link expired

Ask an admin to send a new invitation. Expired invites cannot be reused.

Invite says "Access Denied"

The invite may be invalid, expired, or for a different account. Confirm you're signed into the correct Lucenero account, then try again.
