Access Denied in Lucenero: Fixing Workspace and Board Access

Access issues usually come from one of three causes: feature disabled, role permissions, or board-level restrictions.
1) Feature disabled
If Canvas/Tasks/Automations/Bot/Payroll isn't visible, check:
- Open Sidebar → Settings (
/workspaces/:id/settings). - Enable the feature under Features.
2) Role permissions
If you can see a page but can't edit, your role may not allow it. Ask an admin to check:
- Sidebar → Roles (
/workspaces/:id/roles) - Your assigned role in Sidebar → Members (
/workspaces/:id/members)
3) Board-level permissions
Boards can restrict access separately from workspace roles. Admins can adjust this by:
- Right-click the board in the sidebar
- Select Permissions
Public board "Access Denied"
If a public board page shows Access Denied, the board is not set to open visibility. Only boards with visibility === open are available publicly without login.
