Workspace settings control what your team can access and use. Settings are managed from Sidebar → Settings (/workspaces/:id/settings).
Features section
The Features section lets you toggle workspace capabilities on or off:
- Canvas: enable the infinite visual workspace
- Tasks: enable Kanban task management
- Assignments: enable structured work orders
- Automations: enable event-driven workflows
- Bot: enable Discord integration
- Payroll: enable assignment payout tracking
Integrations section
Connect external services to extend Lucenero:
- Google Sheets: connect once per workspace to append rows via automations
- Discord: managed via the Bot page
Where to find settings
Open Sidebar → Settings from any workspace page. Workspace owners and admins have full access to settings.
Troubleshooting
A feature is missing from the sidebar
The feature is likely disabled. Go to Settings → Features and toggle it on.
I can't access Settings
Your role may not have permission. Ask a workspace owner or admin to grant you settings access or adjust your role.
